Tym razem do składu dochodzą trzy amerykańskie zespoły: dowodzeni przez Chris'a Barnes'a death metalowcy z Florydy, czyli SIX FEET UNDER, legenda NY sceny hardcore'owej - SICK OF IT ALL oaz grindcorowy PIG DESTROYER z Wirginii.

Na kolejnym Brutal Assault wystąpią amerykanie z DARKEST HOUR, death/grinderzy z Belgii - ABORTED oraz amerykanie z kultowego metal/punkowego TOXIC HOLOCAUST.

Josefovska twierdza jest już przygotowana do przyjęcia jednego z najważniejszych zespołów w historii metalu. Oto oni - MACHINE HEAD!!! Z przyjemnością ogłaszamy, że amerykanie którzy poszerzają ramy metalu od dwóch dekad wystąpią dla was na Brutal Assault 2012!Inne zespoły, które dołączają do składu to Finowie z melo-deathowego INSOMNIUM oraz Niemcy z legendarnego death metalowego MORGOTH!

Slayer have been confirmed to play several festivals in scandinavia next year. The first one will be in Denmark on June 15th 2012 at Copenhagen's "Copenhell" festival, followed by "Metaltown" in Gothenburg, Sweden on June 16th 2012. The scandinavian festival tour will be wrapped up by a show at Finland's "Provinssi Rock" taking place June 17th in Seinajoki.
